Project Planning Call
Ready to take the first step into transforming your space according to your tastes?
The initial discovery call is how we get the ball rolling on your project. Get on a no-obligation call with our principal interior designer to discuss your project, specifications, budget, and requirements. Then, we sketch out the initial concept and project outline for your space. Whether you need an expert opinion or you’re just simply unsure how to move forward, our designers can advise you on the best way to navigate the next steps in your project and chalk out a seamless workflow process.
In-Home Design Consultation
The in-home consultation is one of the most crucial elements of the interior design process. It allows Cherline and her fellow interior designers to take their first look into your space and layout.
Our initial assessment will involve:
- Walking through the top-priority spaces.
- Reviewing floor plans.
- Layouts.
- Discuss initial design concepts and ideas with you to get a clear picture of the scope of work.
Our team will spend time with you to gauge your requirements, personal style elements, design preferences and more, before creating a comprehensive project report tailored to your custom home design. If you approve, we can also put you in touch with our leading designers to start your interior design process right away!

Our full-service design process follows our exclusive Design Methods to create a stunning custom living space that centers around your styles and needs. From the initial project planning call and home consultation onwards, our designers will work with you to bring your dream home vision into a reality. We work with leading South Florida subcontractors and tradespeople to get the ball rolling on a comprehensive custom Design Plan to design and construct your new space.

how it works
1.
Initial Client Consultation
We get to know you, your home, how you live and operate in your space and what you’d like to see changed. This consult is incredibly valuable for gathering information and determining how best to assist you, but also for you! You receive initial recommendations and suggestions from us during our first meeting.
2.
Design Proposal
After our initial meeting, you’ll receive a quote for our services based upon our consultation. Upon approval, our initial invoice and contract are sent out. Once we receive the signed contract and deposit from you, the fun begins!
3.
First Design Presentation
At our first design presentation, we share our initial thoughts for our recommended layouts, concepts, and selections based upon our information gathered and what we think is best. We review project budget and timelines and any outstanding items.
4.
Revisions
After the initial design presentation, we take your feedback and get to work on our revisions to complete your plan(s)! You can expect a bit of communication back and forth during this time while we finalize the details.
5.
Final Presentation
With revisions made, we share the final design plan. All of our selections and plans are now complete and we’re ready for the next step!
6.
Orders and Installation
Once the plan is finalized it’s time to place the orders and coordinate installation and deliveries. This is the fun part – getting to watch your plan unfold!
7.
Completion and Review
Upon project completion, we complete a site walkthrough to review any outstanding items, assist with on-site styling and make sure you love your refreshed home! This is our favorite part of any project where we see our plan fully realized in your home.
